Parts Description: Float Needle Valve Assembly CB350F, CB400F, CB500K, CB550F and Early 550K model motorcycles.

Why You Need This: If one of the carb bowls on your CB350F, CB400F, CB550F is flooding and you've already checked your float height a million times, perhaps the needle valve is leaking. A fresh needle and seat should do the trick. If you want to go all the way and rebuild your carburetor, we also carry the complete carb kits as well. The kit includes the needle valve seat, the needle and the o-ring.

Installation Tip: Use a light coat of oil on the seat O-ring when installing

Stopped the Leaking!

My carbs wouldn’t stop leaking from the float bowls. I installed these new assemblies and the leaks stopped immediately. I’m always satisfied with my orders from Common Motors.

needle and seats

On my CB350F I rebuilt all four carbs with expensive rebuild kits but I had one needle and seat that leaked. Ordered four sets of needle and seats from Common Motors, problem solved. Every part I've purchased from Common Motors is extremely high quality.

Prior to purchasing the 6093 Float Valve assembly from Common Motor several other sources were used. None worked at all. The other sourced needles did not seal and the carbs overflowed constantly no matter how many time the floats were adjusted. Since then, Common Motor has been my vendor of choice for Vintage Honda CB 500 parts.
