If you’ve upgraded your Trail 90’s sealed-beam headlight with our Headlight Lens Conversion Kit (Part #3215), these are the exact replacement parts used in that assembly:

• 6 Volt / 35W high/low-beam incandescent bulb
• Pre-wired bulb socket compatible with the lens assembly

Installation Tip

Clean all connectors thoroughly to remove any corrosion. When reinstalling the lens into the trim ring, align the “Top” marking on the lens with the top of the trim ring for proper orientation.
