Why You Need This: Doing a top end engine rebuild on your Honda CB450 / CL450 / CB500T is the perfect time to inspect the cam chain tensioner parts for any signs of wear or damage. This is a replacement "large" center roller noted as roller "B" located between the cylinders and the upper part of the crankcase. If your roller is chewed up, then it is time to replace it before putting the engine all back together. This is an exact copy of the original roller.
