We get a very high volume of questions, but we're a small staff so we have to prioritize answering emails as follows:
  1. Customer Service for orders that have not shipped.
  2. Customer Service for previous orders. Please provide your order number.
  3. Technical Support of motorcycles & parts for customers with an order number.
  4. Everything else...
The more concise your question, the quicker we can respond. While more information can help narrow down a problem, please keep it short, relevant and include your order number.

Due to previous high call volume, we do not have a customer service phone number. All customer service questions will be answered via email at this time.
