- We get a very high volume of questions, and while we do everything we can to provide timely and helpful support, you can speed up the process by bearing these in mind:
- If your inquiry is time-sensitive, make your Subject Line STAND OUT. Example: SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE or CANCEL ORDER
- The more concise your question, the quicker we can respond. While more information can help narrow down a problem, if we have to read paragraphs to determine your question, it will take more time.
- When placing an order online, use the “Comment” section at checkout to make custom changes, such as small part changes or specific shipping instructions (tech questions written in the comments section will cause a shipping delay).
- Often times the question you have has already been answered. Check out the resources below first before submitting a question; there is a good chance you will find the information there.
