Why You Need This: Whether it started with a bang or it started with an oil leak, you are looking at your disassembled CB175 / CL175 / SL175 engine wondering what to do next. Now is the time to replace those marred o-rings and old gaskets with our complete overhaul gasket kit that contains every paper gasket, o-ring, and exhaust gasket you need from the top to bottom of your engine. With your engine apart, this is also the perfect time to replace dried-out oil seals and pull your valves with our valve spring compressor tool so you can check to see what is within the service limits on your engine. Be sure to pick up anti-seize for when you re-install your bolts. If you have not switched to the Allen head bolt kit do yourself a favor and order a set.
NOTE: This kit will NOT fit the 1968 CL175 K1 sloper engine. The sloper engine is based on the CB160 platform.
Installation Tip: Clean all surfaces and remove any remaining gasket material using a razor blade and some acetone. Lightly grease new gaskets when installing to keep them from sticking or ripping when removing them in the future.
