Why You Need This: It is not uncommon to find yourself cleaning the oil on the sides and bottom of your engine over and over in an effort to keep it clean. The guilty pieces for the constant dripping is actually your oil seals. The 40+ years have dried and cracked the rubber on them so we made a complete Honda CB175 / CL175 Scrambler / SL175 oil seal kit that is OEM quality and contains a replacement for every oil seal on your motorcycle. This kit is essential when doing any major engine work. Pair it with our overhaul gasket kit, Hondabond 4, stainless steel allen bolt kit, and anti-seize to have everything you need when taking off the side covers.
CD175 Owners: This oil seal kit will fit both the CD175K0 & CB175K3. The tachometer drive seal will not be used.
Installation Tip: When removing the old oil seals take care to not scratch the seats. Clean the oil seal seats before installing the new seal with a small amount of Hondabond 4 on the outer circumference. The seal can be tapped into place with a socket slightly smaller than the outer diameter.
