Why You Need This: Carburetors are delicate, precision parts and as such, their tuning are affected by a dozens of factors such as engine wear, elevation, humidity, climate, riding style, engine modifications and your zodiac sign (at least that is what mine told me...). If you have already rebuilt the carburetors and are now running pod filters or aftermarket mufflers, re-jetting is a must. Our main jet kit for your Honda CL350 Scrambler / CB350 will complete your tuning adventures easily and effectively ensuring your bike runs smooth from idle to maximum RPM (10,000K) without hesitation or stumbling. The jet tuning kit includes three pairs of secondary jets and three pairs of main jets as well as two float bowl o-rings and four main jet needle shims. If you are still having tuning problems you may need a fresh set of intake manifolds or carburetor diaphragms to ensure a there are no air leaks in the system.

- 2x Mid-Late Style Float Bowl O-ring (small diameter)
Installation Tip: Use a drop of oil on the O-ring when installing the jets to the carb body for smooth installation. Jetting must be done in stages and based on spark plug tip color. A white plug indicates that the mixture is too lean, while a black plug indicates too rich. Proper color should just be off white to tan when adjusted correctly. However, cam chain adjustment, valve adjustment, ignition timing and carburetor synchronization must be done before attempting to re-jet.
