Part: Honda CB350 K1-K3 (Early-Model) Fork Seals: EZ Install

Why You Need This Part: During the production run of the Honda CL / SL / CB350 there were a handful of changes made to the bikes, front forks being one of them. These EZ install fork seals are designed for the early style forks found on the K1-K3 versions of the Honda CL / CB350 as well as the first batch of SL350's. Early style forks can be identified by the external spring just under the upper fork guards. If your bike has the forks with the internal springs then you need our late model EZ install fork seals. Our EZ install fork seals require no specialty tools or drivers and can be removed, cleaned and reinstalled on your Honda CL / SL / CB 350. The seals come with a lifetime warranty and are made in the USA. One kit per bike.

Installation Tip: Lubricate the seals with fork oil during installation. Factory spec on the fork oil is 200CC / 6.8 Oz. per leg. Originally ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) was used in the forks. ATF is approximately 5W to 7W depending on brand and replacing it with a heavier weight oil will stiffen up your front suspension. We recommend a 10W (light rider < 200lbs) to 15W (heavy rider > 200lbs) motorcycle specific fork oil.

Note SL350 K1 models:  Mid year production change on the SL350 K1 forks. Some are equipped to use these seals (33mm fork tube diameter) while others use the late style fork seals (35mm fork tube diameter). Be sure to measure your fork tube diameter before ordering.

Great and easy just like the title
After searching the interwebs for a rebuild on the old style forks I came up with nothing ,bought these easy seals and just took them apart and figured it out Plug and Play they worked great made installing much easier than needing a seal driver tool.
