Part: LED Instrument Gauge 12V/1W Light Bulb.
Why You Need This: You many not realize it, but there are several instrument gauge bulbs found in your Honda CB350 / CB360 / CB450 / CB550. Each bike uses a handful of these tiny light bulbs to illuminate both the speedometer and tachometer faces as well as the neutral, high beam and turn signal indicator lights. Chances are you have at least one of these instrument lights burnt out on your vintage machine. Each gauge uses two bulbs to illuminate the back of the gauge face, while each indicator light is a single bulb. Sold in a pack of five bulbs, these are the proper LED replacements that draw less than half the power at 12V @ 1W. These are tested by us and specified by Honda to work seamlessly with your Honda CB350 / CB360 / CB450 / CB550.
Installation Tip: Clean the bulb sockets with some steel wool or scotch brite pad to make sure that the bulbs are making good contact with the base metal as sockets are prone to corrosion. Use a dab of white grease on the bulb bases to keep them from getting stuck in the sockets and keep a few extra bulbs handy in your parts stash.
Note: If this is the first time you're switching over to LED indicator bulbs you'll need to pick up the optional LED Diode to get your turn signal indicator to function appropriately. The diode has two male connectors that go to your turn signal wires and a female connector that goes to your turn signal indicator.
