Part: Honda CB350 K4 & K5 (Late-Model) / CB360 / CL360 / CJ360 EZ Install Fork Seals (Sold In Pairs)

Why You Need This Part: Changing out fork seals can be a real pain. That is why we have these EZ install fork seals. They require no special tools or drivers and can be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled on your Honda CL350 / SL350 / CB350 or CL360 / CJ360 / CB360. Superior sealing performance, they come with a lifetime warranty, made in the USA. We run these on all of our bikes, they save time, frustration; worth every penny. One kit per bike. Finish the rebuild with some fork dust boots and your front suspension will be like new.

If you have an Early Model CB350 (K0-K3) try these EZ Install fork seals.

Installation Tip: Lubricate the seals with fork oil during installation. Factory spec on the fork oil is ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid), however, we recommend a 10W (light rider) to 15W (heavy rider) motorcycle fork oil. ATF is approximately 5W and replacing it with a heavier weight oil will stiffen up your front end. The seals can be installed with the fork tubes still on the bike.

*This seal should also work on a Honda CB450 K0 "Black Bomber"

Installation Guides: Honda used two different fork architectures between the CB350 / CB360 families of motorcycles. Refer to our full installation guides below for step-by-step instructions to rebuild the forks on your specific motorcycle.

CB360 fork seals and boots
Once I spent a good part of one hour removing the stock seals I was a bit skeptical seeing how simple the design of the EZ install seals was. They slipped into place easily exactly as described and they have been performing impeccably. I just bought another set for my other bike. Props to the Common Motors Collective group: awesome videos, great manuals, solid and functional components, no frills. Big thumbs up!!

works as intended
The oem seals were a pain to get out, but these were a breeze to install. I was a little skeptical of their functionality initially, but after riding on them for about a month now, I've had no leaking yet and the fork tube stays dry.

So much better
Much easy than the stock traditional spring seals and they've been working great so far with 0 leaks.

Top Notch
Hands down the easiest seal install I've ever experienced. Previously had installed OEM seals that leaked... snagged a set of these, installed with the press of a finger, and have been solid for 200+ miles. Plus, I now have a new favorite koozie.
