Why You Need This: The factory-sealed headlight bulbs are weak, and replacements are tough to find for most old Honda motorcycles. Do yourself a favor and upgrade your headlight lens. Our halogen headlight lens fits the factory Honda CB175, CB200, CL200 / CB350, CL350 / CJ360 / CB450, CL450 headlight buckets. The 6.25" lens uses a replaceable H4 bulb at 35 watts / 35 watts for both the high and low beam, however, you can upgrade to our LED bulb for an even brighter light with less power draw on the charging system. This all adds up to more light, without overworking the charging system (typical H4 bulbs are higher wattage). When paired with our regulator/rectifier combo, these are the best electrical upgrades you can do for your Honda. This lens fits the factory bullet-style headlight bucket with trim ring and includes the bulb, mounting hardware, and a new electrical pigtail connector. Additionally, the lens features a yellow parking light that can be wired into the factory parking light power terminals.
CB360 / CL360 Owners: While your motorcycle does use a 6.25" lens, unfortunately, this lens does not work in the factory bucket. We do not currently have a replacement lens capable of working in the factory bucket but we do carry a full replacement bucket that includes the lens and bulb.
Installation Tip: See the above video on how to install the new lens, as it mounts differently from the factory sealed beam and bypasses the left / right adjustment screw. The yellow parking light can be connected to the brown/white wire to turn on when the key switch is in parking mode. The new electrical pigtail will have to be wired into your existing harness.
