Carburetor Rebuild Kit for Honda CB350 / CL350 / SL350 K0
This is the most complete rebuild kit available for the Keihin CV carburetors used on the Honda CB350, CL350, and SL350 K0. Each kit includes all the jets, needles, emulsifier tubes, O-rings, and hardware needed to fully restore one carburetor to proper working condition.
Sold individually. Two kits are required to service both carburetors on your motorcycle.
Which Carburetor Style Do I Have?
The Honda CB350 and CL350 used three different styles of Keihin CV carburetor during their 1968–1973 production run. This kit includes the correct parts for all three styles:
- Early Style (1968–1969): Square-shaped float bowl, no overflow drain nipple, small-head drain screw, fuel inlet elbow on the side, and external idle mixture screw with visible spring.
- Mid Style (1969–1971): Hexagonal float bowl with overflow drain nipple, small-head drain screw, and external idle mixture screw. Uses round floats instead of the early square-style floats.
- Late Style (1971–1973): Larger-head drain screw, overflow drain nipple, and an internal idle mixture screw recessed inside the carburetor body. Uses round floats.

SL350 Fitment — Important
This kit fits the SL350 K0 only (1969–1970). The SL350 K0 uses the same Keihin CV carburetor as the CB350 and CL350.
This kit does NOT fit the SL350 K1 or SL350 K2. The K1 and K2 models switched to a round-slide carburetor with different jetting and internal dimensions. If you have an SL350 K1 or K2, use our SL350 K1/K2 Carburetor Rebuild Kit instead.
Note for SL350 K0 owners: Some SL350 K0 carburetors use a #100 main jet rather than the #105 included in this kit. If you need a #100 main jet, please specify when ordering or contact us for guidance.
Installation Tips
Thoroughly clean all carburetor components before reassembly. To install the emulsifier tubes, gently press them from the top of the carburetor body down through the slide hole using a non-metallic punch. Make sure they are centered and aligned. Once all internal components are in place, the float bowl secures everything. Apply light oil to the main and secondary jet O-rings during installation for a proper seal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need one kit or two?
Each kit rebuilds one carburetor. The CB350, CL350, and SL350 K0 all have two carburetors, so you need two kits for a complete rebuild.
How do I identify my carburetor style?
The easiest way is to look at the idle mixture screw. Early and Mid style carburetors have the mixture screw on the outside of the body with a visible spring. Late style carburetors have the mixture screw recessed inside the body. The float bowl shape and drain screw size also differ between styles. Watch our Carburetor Identification Guide video below for a visual walkthrough.
Will this kit fit my SL350?
Only if you have an SL350 K0 (1969–1970). The SL350 K1 and K2 use a completely different round-slide carburetor. Check our SL350 K1/K2 Carburetor Rebuild Kit if you have a later model.
Do I need to replace the slide diaphragms too?
The diaphragms are not included in this kit because they are a separate wear item. If your diaphragms are cracked, stiff, or have holes, replace them at the same time. We sell CB350/CL350 slide diaphragms separately.
