Why You Need This: So your bike is running great, carbs are clean but no matter how many times you set the float you keep having flooding issues with your carburetors. Sounds like you need to replace the float needle and seat in each of the Honda CB360 / CL360 / CJ360 Carburetors. Tale tell signs that there is an issue are consistent carburetor flooding or, even worse your tank of gas is seeping slowly into your cylinders, past the rings and then filling up your crankcase with gas (there is a reason you should turn off your petcock).
Carburetor Float Needle and Seat sets are made in Japan and are sold individually, two are required per bike. These are the same float needle and seat set that is found in the full Honda CL / CJ / CB360 carburetor rebuild kit or combine a pair of carburetor float needles and seats with our carburetor O-ring kit and seal the carbs up and save a few bucks.
Installation Tip: Use a drop of light machine oil on the sealing O-ring when installing the needle seat into the carburetor body. If you are having trouble installing the seat use a small socket with the same outer diameter as a driver to help press the seat in place.
