Why You Need This

We now offer high-quality reproductions of factory-style air filter elements for your Honda CB450 / CL450 Scrambler. These filters have been thoroughly tested over 5000 miles in various conditions. They are essential for maintaining the original intake geometry and engine tuning of your bike. While these filters lack the small sheet metal wing found on later-model originals, this does not affect their fit and function.

Installation Tip

Remember that these filters are left and right specific. Avoid over-tightening the mounting bolts during installation. Ensure the oval seal on the crossover tube below the battery is properly positioned. If original clamps are missing, zip ties can be used effectively to secure the rubber boot on the carburetor.

CB 450

Looked high and low for replacements and or rebuilds for my 74’ 450 with absolutely no luck. Even bought some car filters to try and rebuild myself, then I stumbled on these hereat the CMC and let me tell you, the bike never ran better as soon as I put them on. They fit well and let the bike breathe like it’s supposed to! Couldn’t be happier with this product!!

Definite difference.

The original air filters were 47 years old and caked with dirt and fuel. Tried the foam filters but it altered the airflow, no cross-feed. These fit great, the plastic cover and side panel fit perfectly over them and we are moving some air.

Time Machine?

I am convinced Brenden and his crew have a time machine to take them back to the '70's and retrieve parts. I never thought I would be able to replace the air filters on my "Mightyone CB 450", but Common Motors came through once again. The parts are an exact fit and my bike can breath again. Fit great

Bought these so I could get the factory look to the cb450k6 with the filter covers, they fit great behind the covers and the bike runs great.

The RIGHT CB parts!!!
