This Part Fits the Following Honda Models CB500 K0-K2 CB550 K0-K1 CB550K CB550F Supersport Why You Need This Clutch cables endure a lot of abuse, and after years of use and neglect, the cable on your Honda CB500K / CB500K / CB550F four is probably due to be replaced. Our new clutch cable for Honda 500 and 550-series fours is a great replacement for the OEM Honda cable and comes in two lengths: Short: These cables measure 46.5 inches end to end (41 inches housing to housing) and are the best fit for a CB500 with stock bars. They can also be used on bikes equipped with clip-on or clubman bars. Note: The stock CB500K cable was 48 inches in length with a 42-inch housing. Our cable is approximately 2.5" longer but works great with the stock handlebars. Long: The long cables are 51.5 inches end to end (46 inches housing to housing) and are the stock length for CB550K and CB550F models. They can also be used on bikes with low-rise bars. Note: The stock CB550K/CB550F cables may have used a slightly shorter throw for the original cable, but the information from Honda is unclear.
