Controls parts for Honda CT90 / Trail 90 motorcycles

The Honda CT90 / Trail 90 features a fully mechanical control system using cables for throttle, brakes, and speedometer drive. Early K0 - K5 models use a throttle cable with a slider mounted inside the handlebars. Later K6 models use an externally run throttle and cable arranged that routes around the bars. The front brake is actuated by a cable-operated hand lever, while the rear brake is controlled by both a hand lever and a foot pedal until the introduction of the CT90 K6 when Honda switched to only foot pedal control for the rear brake. The speedometer is mechanically driven by a cable from the front wheel. The throttle operates a single cable system connected to the carburetor, making maintenance and adjustments straightforward.
