Twist-On Gas Cap for Honda CT90 - "Trail 90" Motorcycles
The twist-on gas caps used on older Honda bikes, like the CT90 (also known as the Trail 90), are easily lost, damaged, or worn out. If the fuel cap on your vintage Trail 90 has seen better days, replacing it with a new one is a simple upgrade. Our service replacement cap is castellated for an easy grip when removing or installing. However, if you must have an original Honda fuel cap, we also offer one. Keep in mind that the cap sits under the seat, hidden from sight.
Honda produced several cosmetic variations of this gas cap throughout the Trail 90’s production. The CT90 gas tanks used a blank cap, while the auxiliary fuel tank featured a version with the word "GAS" printed on it. Our replacement versions fit all CT90/CT200 gas tanks, including the spare fuel tank used on the CT90 K4 and later models. They are fully interchangeable and use the same seal.
