Front wheel bearing kit for vintage Honda CT90 K0 motorcycles. For the CT90 K1-K9, click here.
The CT90 K0's front hub is unique to this model due to its leading-link suspension, a design carried over from the earlier CT200. If your vintage Honda CT90 K0 has a failing front wheel bearing, you can’t simply install any CT90 bearing and expect it to fit properly. You need Common Motor Collective's front wheel bearing kit specifically designed for the CT90 K0.
Our bearing kit is a direct replacement for the OEM Honda parts and includes two bearings and two dust covers. These high-quality components match or exceed the durability of the original parts. Installing this kit will ensure years of smooth, trouble-free riding for your classic Honda.
Place the new bearings in the freezer for a few hours before installation. This will slightly shrink them, making installation easier. Use a heat gun on the hub to expand the aluminum, which helps with both removing the old bearings and installing the new ones.
To install, use a large socket or a tube just smaller than the new bearing's outer race to drive the bearings into place. Do not press on the inner race or dust covers, as this will damage the bearing during installation.
