NOTE 1: There are many aftermarket clone carburetors for the Honda CT90 floating around the market. This kit is ONLY for the OEM Keihin Honda carburetor with a 2-screw float bowl.

NOTE 2: Honda CT90 K0 (4-screw float bowl) and CT90 '78-'79 (round float bowl) use different carburetor designs that are NOT COMPATIBLE with this kit.

Installation Tip

Make sure to use the right-sized screwdriver when installing the jets, as their soft brass material can be easily damaged. Begin your tuning process with a fresh spark plug to get accurate color readings. Start with the factory-sized jets and adjust them as needed. A quick tip: adjusting the jets won't fix a dirty carburetor, so make sure it's thoroughly cleaned before making any changes.
