New production genuine Honda OEM replacement muffler for vintage CT90 / Trail 90 motorcycles
Restore your Honda Trail 90's performance with this high-quality, made in Japan, genuine Honda muffler and exhaust pipe assembly. Designed to match original specs of the CT90 K0-K8 & CT90 '78-'79 models, these mufflers help bring your bike back to its former glory.
Available in a flat black finish, each muffler includes a built-in baffle (spark arrestor) for enhanced sound control and off-road compliance. Spark arrestor also available separately, if in need of replacement down the line.
These mufflers DO NOT include heat shields.
Note: The CT90 K1 OEM pipe shape was a bit different than the later Trail 90 style, but rest assured that this replacement muffler will fit and work great with the early K1 models as well as the later styles.
For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the exhaust to head crush gasket during installation.
