Why You Need This

Common Motor Collective offers this drum brake perch and lever set to replace the OEM Honda parts used on vintage Honda CB175 / CL175 / SL175 / CB200 / CL200 / CB350 / CL350 / SL350 / CB360 / CL360 / CB450 / CL450 twins equipped with front drum brakes. These perches are made of high-quality cast aluminum and come with a Honda-style brake lever of the proper size and length. They also feature a mounting boss for the front brake light switch and a threaded, 10mm mount for a mirror.

These perches compliment our Superbike Handlebars, and the included lever can easily be switched out for one of our Power Drum Brake Levers. While you're replacing your perch and lever, why not install a new Front Drum Brake Light Switch?

Installation Tip

Perches can be adjusted up or down to comfortably line up with your wrists based on the handlebar type you have. Check your bike's brake cable condition before installation. Use some light grease on the lever pivot bolt for butter-smooth performance.

I bought this as I am reviving a 1972 CB350 Honda, the real right hand switch gear should come with brake lever attachment, but the ones available are either wrecked or very expensive. I was able to obtain a right hand switch without break lever attachment hence I bought this part. It looks good and the mirror attached fine. I like it so much that I will probably get the matching clutch perch. Well made and delivered promptly.
