Why You Need This: Did you change the air filters or mufflers on your CB360? If your engine is not pulling hard to its red-line on the tach, you need to re-jet your carbs. Every combination of parts will cause the engine to run different, thus you must tune the carburetors to where the bike runs best. While this is a tedious process, we are here to ease the pain. The Honda CL360 / CJ360 / CB360 Main Jet Kit includes a set of 5 pairs of main jets along with 3 pairs of secondary jets. Also included are fresh float bowl o-rings and 4 main needle shims. The factory jet size on the CB360's is a 110 - the CL360 & CJ360 can vary as well. Our carburetor rebuild kit comes with a 100 size jet to lean the mixture for stock air filters. We fill in the gaps with jet sized: 102, 105, 108, 112, 115. One main jet kit will tune both carburetors. If you are running pod filters, or replacement mufflers this kit is must.

Installation Tip: Use the right sized screw driver to fit the jets, they are soft brass and damage easily. Start your tuning with a fresh set of spark plugs so that you can read their color. Start with your factory 110's and move up or down from there. By the way, no jetting change will help a less than spotless carburetor. A bit of white grease in the groove of the float bowl will help hold the gasket in place when swapping jets out.
