Why You Need This: We realize that bird's nest of a mess called the wiring harness on your Honda CB350 / CB360 / CB450 / CB550 seems like it has been hacked to bits from previous repair attempts. However, upon deeper inspection we find that the majority of wiring harnesses on these old Honda CB350 / CB360 / CB450 / CB550 is actually in better shape than it may seem and it can be repaired! The wires are usually in decent condition while the biggest culprit of electrical issues is poor connections between electrical components.
We have assembled a master electrical repairs kit for your Honda CB175, CB200 / CB350, CL350, SL350 / CB360, CL360, CJ360 / CB450, CL450, CB500T / CB550 / CB750. The kit contains an assortment of all the difficult to find electrical components needed to repair and modify the wiring harness on your bike to factory perfect.
Kit Contains:
Installation Tip: You will need the electrical terminal crimp tool to properly install these bullet terminal connectors. The connectors are crimped in two stages, the inner part of the terminal crimps around the wire, while the outer crimp goes around the wire insulation. We suggest giving the inner crimp a second squeeze with the end of the crimp tool to ensure a solid connection. We also like to solder all connections too so that they are permanent. The suggested wire size for these terminals is 16 gauge.
