Part: Electrical Connector and Repair Kit for Vintage Honda Motorcycles – CT90 / Trail 90, CB175, CB200, CB350, CB360, CB450, CB550, CB750
Why You Need This: That tangled mess of wires—also known as your Honda’s wiring harness—might look like it’s been hacked apart from years of repairs. However, most vintage Honda wiring harnesses, including those on the CB350, CB360, CB450, CB550, and CB750, are in better shape than they seem and can be repaired! The most common electrical issues stem from poor connections rather than faulty wires.
We’ve put together a master electrical repair kit for Honda CT90 / Trail 90, CB175, CB200, CB350, CL350, SL350, CB360, CL360, CJ360, CB450, CL450, CB500T, CB550, and CB750 motorcycles. This kit includes all the hard-to-find electrical components needed to restore or modify your wiring harness back to factory specifications.

Installation Tip: You will need an electrical terminal crimp tool to properly install the bullet connectors. The crimping process happens in two stages: the inner crimp secures the wire, while the outer crimp holds the wire insulation. We recommend giving the inner crimp a second squeeze with the tip of the crimp tool to ensure a solid connection. For best results, solder the connections to make them permanent. The recommended wire size for these terminals is 16 gauge.
