Part: Motobatt Low Voltage Battery Alert
Why You Need This: The electrical systems on the CB175, CB200, CB350, CB360, CB450, CB550, and CB750 can be power hungry compared to a modern bike. If your voltage dips below 12.2v you can expect poor running conditions that can leave you stranded. If you are not riding daily we recommend having your battery hooked to Motobatt's smart battery chargers or this voltage alarm. Their quick disconnect system makes things easy by hooking to the Low Voltage Battery Alarm and beeping when your voltage drops below 12.2v to remind you to connect your battery to a charger. Unplug the quick disconnect and hook into the Motobatt "Smart" Battery Charger in seconds and you are charging back up. If you are not running one of Motobatt's super high-quality AGM batteries in your bike yet either we highly recommend you do.
Installation Tip: Pick up the Quick Disconnect Fused Ring Terminal Harness if you haven't already and leave it connected to your battery. Or better yet pick up the Motobatt "Smart" Battery Charger and that comes with the ring terminal cable and is exactly what you need to fill back up that "bucket" of electrons we call a battery.
