Throttle sleeves are an essential but often overlooked component of a motorcycle's fuel system. A worn, broken, or sticky throttle sleeve can affect throttle response and negatively impact your bike's performance. If your throttle sleeve is damaged or worn out—or if you're refreshing your handlebars—we offer a new Honda-style nylon throttle sleeve for your late-model vintage Honda CT90.
NOTE: This throttle sleeve only fits CT90 K6-K9 models. Earlier models used a unique throttle assembly integrated into the handlebars, which does not accommodate this type of throttle sleeve.
Lubricate the inside of the throttle sleeve with a light grease mixed with oil. While you're at it, take the time to lubricate your brake cable with some light oil or cable lube.
