Petcock Rebuild Kit for Honda CT90 - "Trail 90" motorcycles
Leaking fuel is a clear sign that the petcock on your vintage Honda CT90 (aka Trail 90) is due for a rebuild. Our Petcock Rebuild Kit includes all the rubber parts needed to refurbish the petcock built into the carburetor float bowl on the OEM Keihin carburetor of your vintage Trail 90.
This rebuild kit fits the "two-screw float bowl" Keihin carburetor, which is rectangular in shape and uses two screws to secure the bowl to the carburetor body. The float will be made of brass.
We also offer fresh brass filter screens and fuel line to replace any old, crusty ones.
NOTE 1: Honda changed the CT90 / Trail 90 carburetor design in 1978, identified by a round float bowl and "donut" style float. This rebuild kit will NOT FIT this later-style carburetor.
NOTE 2: This petcock rebuild kit will NOT FIT the CT90 K0 or the CT200 style carburetor that uses the 4-screw float bowl.
Use a small dab of light grease when installing the gaskets to ensure a smooth assembly. Make sure the wavy washer under the lever plate is not pinched during reinstallation. The internal brass screen is all that is necessary to filter your fuel.
