Part orders can be placed 24 hours a day via our online store. Orders can also be placed via email or if you prefer reach out to us over the phone. We are available on the phone Monday & Tuesday Noon to 6p.m. CST to take your order. Custom email orders can be placed using our contact form; we will get back with you as soon as possible during our regular office hours.
Yes, we do ship internationally. We realize there are lots of motorcycles around the globe, and we are happy to ship internationally. If you wish to place an order and you are outside the United States, please contact us directly for a shipping quote. Any VAT or customs duties associated with the order are the responsibility of the buyer, but we're happy to work with you. International orders are shipped via the United States Post Office. If you require a different shipping service you must contact us directly before placing your order. If you are looking for a part not listed on the site please contact us and we will do our best to find them for you.
All orders are processed using PayPal or directly via Square here in the shop. We use prefer PayPal because it is a safe and secure payment method for everyone that offers protection on both ends. All major credit cards are accepted, but if you'd prefer not to use an electronic method for your payment we accept good old fashioned checks and money orders.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and must be done within 30 days of purchase. Returns under 30 days are eligible for a refund or store credit, any returns authorized after 30 will only be issued shop credit. As the buyer you must return the parts in good working order in the original package if possible. Unless the return is due to an error on our end you are responsible for any return shipping costs. If you need to return or exchange a part please contact us directly so we discuss the nature of the Return / Exchange and issue a return authorization. We work hard to provide quality parts and warranty our parts to be free from defects and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover parts damaged by improper installation or abuse/misuse. If you believe that a part you received is damaged or defective please contact us immediately so that we can coordinate a possible replacement. The first step in the warranty process is to contact us directly so that we can decide on the best course of action.
We do our best to package and ship orders quickly and generally ship Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Our preferred way to ship is through the USPS. This option is generally most cost effective and speedy service, but at our discretion we may ship via another USPS service or freight carrier of our choosing.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Common Motor Collective signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
