Why You Need This
Turn signal stems, also known as indicator rods or blinker mounts, are essential for both aesthetics and functionality on vintage Hondas from the late 1960s to the mid-1970s. Original stems often suffer from rust, damage, or removal. Note that not all Honda models use the same style stems, and compatibility varies by model, sub-model, and generation. Front Stem (#3075) measures 50 mm in length.
Rear Stem (#3076) measures 35 mm in length.
CB500T, CB550 (F, K1-K4), and later CB750 models from 1975 & up use larger style turn signals with integrated stems.
Compatibility Chart Key
- F = Front Stem compatible
- R = Rear Stem compatible
- F/R = Both Front and Rear Stem compatible
- ¹ CB175 K4 & CL175 K4: Rear stems might work, as these models had two turn signal styles. Front stems are universally compatible.
Installation Tip
During installation, carefully align the stems to the turn signals and ensure a secure fit. Avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the stems or signal housings. For bikes requiring specific lengths, measure the existing stems to match the replacements accurately.
