Exhaust clamps suffer an incredible amount of wear during their service lives. Countless heat cycles and constant exposure to water, grit, and other road-borne contaminants can quickly destroy even the best built clamp. The exhaust clamps on your vintage Honda motorcycle have barley survived five or so decades of service, even the best kept examples are probably seized, rusted, corroded, broken, or otherwise rendered completely useless. If you're replacing your old Honda exhaust system with a new one, or just sprucing up your bike in general, we have just the thing to keep your new mufflers in place.

Common Motor Collective's new stainless steel t-bolt muffler clamps are high-quality, thoroughly modern clamps that meet or exceed the performance of the original parts. The t-bolt design is superior to the old, OEM-style clamps and offers tighter, more even clamping force around the muffler. In addition, the stainless steel construction resists corrosion and rust and will, with proper care, last for the life of the exhaust system with little degradation.

When ordering these muffler clamps, measure the outer diameter (OD) of your mufflers where they clamp on to the head pipes to determine what size clamp you need. When ordering, choose a clamp with a maximum size that matches your muffler's OD, this will ensure that the clamp has enough room to get a solid hold on the muffler. For example, if your exhaust has an OD of 47mm, you should order the 44-47mm clamp to ensure the right amount of room. Dab a bit of anti-seize on the bolt when tightening to make sure you can easily remove the clamp in the future if you need to.
