Full Stainless Steel Allen bolt kit for vintage Honda CT90 aka Trail 90 motorcycles.
The JIS fasteners that Honda used to screw together the Trail 90 engine were soft and easily damaged even when new. Four or five decades of rough handling by generations of questionable owners, even the most well cared for bike will have a handful of stripped, damaged, or corroded screws. Common Motor offers a complete set of stainless steel Allen head bolts aka socket head botls to replace all the old, worn out JIS screws on your CT90's engine. Not only will this make servicing your engine easier, but the new hardware will spruce up your engine and give it a cleaner look.

NOTE: This kit includes Allen head bolt replacements for all normally serviced sections of the engine sans a full tear down / overhaul on the CT90 engine. This kit also includes the appropriate hex key wrenches for installing your new hardware. It does not include replacements for the screws that hold the crankcases together, oil pump, or clutch basket bolts. These bolts are available as an optional add on part to this kit, see below. Make sure you have new replacement gaskets ready before removing any engine covers.

Remove the old JIS screws with an impact driver. Remove and replace them one at a time so you don't get mixed up or forget any. Dab a little anti-seize on the threads of each bolt before installing to make the new hardware easier to remove next time.
