Why You Need This Part: The throttle tube connects the twisting throttle input from your right hand directly to the carburetors via the throttle cables. Is yours in top shape? Often throttle cables are found to be cracked or brittle. Unless your throttle snaps close when released, something is amiss. Generally the problem is the throttle sleeve or frayed throttle cables. This new nylon sleeve will remove this piece from that equation.

Installation Tip: Lubricate the inside of the throttle sleeve with a light grease mixed with oil. While you have everything apart take the time to lube up your cables with some light oil as well.
